A dark Terrestrial Vibe – Subconscious Data Cloud

Cool, but not cold to the touch it was. The damp darkness of it. The rough readiness of it being hard on the skin and bones of his skull which suddenly felt even heavier on it. Sleeping on the carpet of sharp rocks and dust of years all trudged and worn away by small animals scampering by in a past time of shelter.

It takes time to make that kind of black. The black of a cave out of sight of the world.  So black that your eyes can only see nothing real, only see what they imagine to see. There is no light further back, but there is sound.

There is a vibe in a cave, if only you could hear it.

be quiet enough, and still your breathing…

solid until the vibe sound came through it.

Came through your chest instead of oxygen to hear it.

the solid sounds of the earth below it.

and the struggling sound of water trickling kindly in it.

through the cracks of stone above it.

He woke up thinking..

” Yes it’s quiet, but I keep all my data down here, my memories my private ‘cloud’ my stuff that I did in the past. No disk drives, no wires, no access, no one can actually get at the data except me.  On the off chance that in a million year, way past my lifetime, I need it.  It might be found. Found down here in the dark recesses of my terrestrial mind, down in the dark where the terrestrial vibe sounds.”

“Yes it is quiet, but why do I need to keep it ? Why keep it when I sleep to forget it, why keep it longer, than my own mind would need it.  Emails, Data gone by, links once useful, now dissappeared and irretrievable. Why keep it, if no one can get it or use it or understand it or need it.”

I’m Alarmed about using Calendars

I’ve got a couple of days left till 21st December, but the date on the modern calendar may become irrelevant when the earth as we know it may end on 21st, like the last day.  But I am so used to missing whole days, crossing date lines and travelling across time zones, as usual, I will be in the air at 38,000 feet watching movies while all this happens.

What exactly will happen ? Mayans and Sumerians seem not too consistent about the potential impact.  A rogue planet, meteor ? What’s it to be ?… If it is on one astronomical timer, then who set the timer ? God doesn’t fool around with calendars and who works in eternal timers and so it really is indeterminate when it is going to happen.  We just don’t know.

Speaking of timers, I stopped using alarms, I’m always changing them.  Instead I progressed to using timers.  Yes..  I’ve found a 5 1/2 hour timer is the most useful device.  Most things that you have to remember to do, happen in around 5 and half hours time from when you think of them.  The 5 1/2 hour timer is just perfect for sleep and other things. Independent of time zone and hotel room wake up call calculations, just set a timer to say how much sleep you should get.  If you wake up early, and see 1 hour to go, you don’t feel so bad. If you get to bed early, you wake up early.  It’s a great advance using a timer [readily available on an iPhone] than an alarm in an uncertain time zone.

So the Mayan calendar did not have any alarm written at the end of it, so I’m not alarmed about it wrapping it’s long number around on Saturday 22.  Saturday 22nd is our 33 anniversary !!  A special moment when I married my girl, who although she keeps calendars, doesn’t mind living with a guy on relative time.

The lost 39 Minutes

Sunday marks the beginning and the ending of the world, the alpha and omega of God’s time and work of creation. The earth,  mars, solar system and milky galactic realm are all cyclic. and our world, progresses leaping forward each week a worldly man-made cycle, but beginning and ending each Sunday. Its stability like clockwork.

Back on Mars, it was a bit cold perhaps, and Christmas’ were more spread out, being nearly two earth years between drinks.  But Sunday, the cyclic creation rest, stretched out an additional 39 earth minutes there.  We started out there in our Marworld civilization, who when it got unbearable, decided to migrate to the earth.  A bit closer in, maybe a bit warmer.  Martian people we maybe started out, and then became earthlings.  Shortening our day, and speeding up our lives. We brought war with us, and it has been assumed this is due to the loss of those 39 minutes. We stop reflecting at the pivotal moment, always seem to be running out of time to discuss and resolve and resort to war instead.

How some of us long to return to those quiet peaceful days our forefathers had on the red planet. Where we had time to think and contemplate life.  We don’t know why the Marworld dried up and became lifeless, too hard to live on. The grind of the solar system has obliterated all trace.  Were we the cause, were we the tipping point, did we just mess it up too much for it’s own cycles and balance systems to fix up.  Lyapunov unstable the engineers said, we just pushed it a bit too far, and the rest is history.

Note : Mars Sol day is around 24hrs 39mins 35 seconds long. It takes about a year 320 days to orbit the sun. Many including Tesla speculated that perhaps intelligent life existed on Mars due to his own radio observations. I think most people don’t believe this anymore and the facts seem to weigh against the idea.  Perhaps our world is safe from global climate change and we are guaranteed by some kind of Godly stability in creation.  Perhaps not.  I for one probably think Mercury is not a safe haven.
